Other programs talk about personalizing your program, at PROformance we can tell you which exercises you will be doing on day four of the sixth week of your program�Even better than that, we can tell you exactly how much weight you will be expected to lift for your third exercise on the second set! We have your own personal twelve week plan mapped out from the start, it might adjust, but it is prepared and ready when you are.
