Elite Sport
[ Pro Sport | Varsity Sport | Youth Sport ]

Our elite program recognizes that athletes are working towards a professional career in their sport. The goal of this program is to further apply skills and fitness using competitive instincts.

The potential to be a professional is advanced through sport specific techniques and devices which can shock further development and challenge skills.

Athletes in the elite program have already maximized their strength and power base for their sport, making it easier to determine limitations and work on specific goals. The program involves in-depth periodization to utilize and transfer strength and power skills with a greater emphasis on peak velocity, peak power and explosive strength.

The Elite program is a five day per week, twelve week long prescription to becoming a professional!
